His Script is designed to help you easily memorize Scripture. There are many games to help you learn the verses, as well as a filing system that helps you practice and retain these verses for a lifetime.
Since there are so many different versions of the Bible (like KJV and… new KJV), His Script allows the user to first type out the verse they want to memorize, so that it can be the version of their choice.
His Script uses a filing system to help users memorize and retain verses. There are four filing groups that a verse can be in: ‘Daily’, ‘Even/Odd Day’, ‘Day of the Week’ (Monday, Tuesday...), ‘Monthly’ (1st, 2nd, 3rd..). These files are used to help users decide what verses to study for that day. For example, if today is Tuesday the 3rd you would study all verses in the following files: ‘Daily’, ‘Even’ (because Tuesday is the 2nd day of the week), ‘Tuesday’ (day of the week), and lastly, the verses in the ‘3rd’. The first three files will depend on how well the verse is known. When learning a new verse, it always starts in ‘Daily’. You will then move it up in files as you become more familiar with the verse, until reaching monthly (ideally this would be every week). Once a verse reaches monthly, the day of the month when it is studied will depend on the category it is in. There are 25 categories, so on the first day of the month, the first category will be studied; on the second day of the month, the second category will be studied, and so on. A day of the month above 25 will pick a random category to study.
